Tackling ticket-touting & tinnitus with Ticketswap
The aim of the All Ears campaign is to raise awareness of tinnitus and create a nightlife culture where getting hold of ear protection is as easy as possible. This is why we have chosen to partner up with a few essential and widely respected institutions in the clubbing scene. Ticketswap is one of these institutions and now an official All Ears partner.
For five years, Ticketswap has provided a much needed service for nightlife enthusiasts, allowing people to resell and purchase tickets to sold out shows safely and securely. Of course, there were ticket resale websites before they came along, but a purchase from these often came with the risk of a fake ticket or paying well above the face value. Through these websites, the industry of ticket-touting became a highly exploitative business, making a huge profit for people that didn't care about the music or the industry.
We’ve chosen to partner up with Ticketswap because they have played a huge part in tackling these issues, making sure each ticket sold is valid and preventing any ticket being sold for over 20% more than face value. They are one of the good guys, keeping exploitation away from nightlife and putting accessibility for all at the forefront of their ethos.

Through this partnership, we are letting people know that a ringing in the ears is not a necessary evil for a good night out - it is something that can be easily avoided.
